How long will it take to get my order?
Each piece of jewellery is uniquely crafted upon order. It typically takes between 8-15 working days for your item to be prepared and ready to ship. Once your package is picked up by DHL, you will receive tracking information directly from them to monitor the delivery status.
Why do you price sizes differently?
We price our jewellery sizes differently because the cost is directly related to the amount of gold and gemstones used. Gold is a precious and expensive material, so we ensure that our customers are only charged for the exact amount they receive, allowing for fair and accurate pricing.
Β
Additionally, some gemstones are more expensive than others, and larger sizes may require more stones, further affecting the cost. This method ensures you get value for your purchase, reflecting the true worth of the materials used in each piece.
How can I track my order?
Youβd be able to track your parcel via our shipping partner DHLβs Track & Trace page.
What is the return and/or exchange policy?
Due to the customised nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges.
Β
In the rare case of receiving a faulty item please send us an email at hello@emerah.com and weβll promptly assist you with the issue.
Β
Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
Due to the madeβtoβorder nature of our pieces, cancellations wonβt be accepted once the order has been made.Β
Β
As for order modifications, it would depend on the scale of the request, please send us an email at hello@emerah.com as soon as possible, and we will try our best to assist you.
Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
Yes we do, and you can request the invoice not be included in the package. At checkout, you can choose the gift opinion and enter a personal message.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Our dedication to ethical sourcing starts with the materials we use. We are proud to exclusively use Conflict-Free Diamonds, ensuring that no blood diamonds ever make it into our beautiful, handcrafted jewellery. We strictly adhere to the Kimberley Process Compliance, an international certification scheme that regulates the trade of rough diamonds, preventing the flow of conflict diamonds and supporting peace and development in diamond-producing countries.

What is the difference between fine jewellery and high jewellery?
Fine jewellery refers to pieces made from precious metals such as gold, platinum, and silver, often set with gemstones like diamonds, sapphires, and rubies. These pieces are designed for everyday wear, balancing elegance with durability.Β
Β
High jewellery is characterised by exceptional artistry and innovative designs. These unique creations are typically commissioned for special occasions and are often considered works of art, treasured for their rarity. High jewellery is significantly more expensive than Fine Jewellery.
