Jewellery Care
Storage
We recommend storing your pieces separately in dry and lined cases or in their original Émerah velvet boxes to prevent damage.
Make sure the pieces are cleaned and completely dry before storing them to prevent dulling the pieces.
Also please refrain from storing your jewellery in the bathroom as the humidity and heat might affect the longevity of fragile materials such as pearls.
JEWELLERY CARE
Light Cleaning
It’s not necessary to clean your jewellery every day but it’s ideal to briefly clean them with a polishing cloth as a preventative measure to ensure the longevity of your pieces.
A quick cleaning removes day-to-day dirt buildup that could dull the malleable tendency of solid gold. Simply buff the entire piece until any discolouration or marks are no longer visible.
We do not recommend using store-bought ultrasonic machines to clean your pieces because it could shift the mountings of the stones and cause the prongs to loosen.

Deep Cleaning
Our cleaning kits are ideal for a deep clean of your treasured pieces.
The kit consists of a specially formulated cleaning liquid spray, a small cleaning brush to clean in all the nooks and crevices, and a microfiber jewellery polishing cloth. This kit is suitable for cleaning all your pieces, including diamonds, precious gemstones, as well as delicate pearls.
SPray
First, spray the cleansing liquid onto the jewellery
Clean
Use the brush to clean the crevices of the pieces, and chains or gently clean the gemstones.
Please do not use the brush on pearls.
Dry
Polish dry using the soft microfiber cloth.
Be sure to thoroughly dry porous gemstones such as, pearls and emeralds, immediately after cleaning.
