What payment methods do you accept?
We offer various payment methods such as Apple Pay, Paypal, credit or debit card, and Stripe. Please be aware that once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the payment method or currency.
Will I be charged duties, taxes and any other fees?
When ordering from our store, you may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees according to the regulations of your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.Â

What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?
We offer free shipping for all orders over USD800. A flat rate of USD50 will be applied on orders below USD 800.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
Due to the made–to–order nature of our pieces, cancellations won’t be accepted once the order has been made.Â
