Oval Stone with a simple band
The most popular engagement ring weβve seen lately is definitely the Oval cut diamond with a simple thin rounded yellow gold band. Many celebrities and influencers have chosen this style such as Lady Gaga, Hailey Bieber, Nicola Peltz Beckham, Phoebe Dynevor, Amy Jackson, Simone Biles and Tamara Kalinic to name a few.Β

The unique elongated shape makes it a flattering choice for everyone since it lengthens the fingers (if you think you have chubby fingers, this is the way to go). This shape is for those looking for glamour with a modern touch. Recently, we made a custom version of this timeless ring for one of our clients, but added our own twist with some side stones.
Thick Bands
Thicker yellow gold bands are on the rise! Emma Roberts set the trend with her 3.5-carat round cut with six-point prongs on a yellow gold band. This style is ideal for those drawn to a bold, vintage feel without sacrificing safety.Β Sometimes, particularly with larger stones need added support, so thin bands may not be the best choice. We think 2025 might not see many ultra-thin bands.

Unique Bands
One of the most exciting trends this year is unique band designs that throw traditional rules out the window!Β
Ring bands with fluid, asymmetrical shapes bring an artistic edge to engagement rings, making them more eye-popping than the usual standard engagement ring styles. In our opinion, they’re works of art. This trend is perfect for non-traditional people, and those who want a vintage feel. If youβre not ready for bold arty rings, try brushed or matte gold finishes for a slightly more unusual look while keeping it simple.
Elongated cut stone set sideways
Similar to the oval stone trend, weβve been noticing rings featuring the oval turned sideways. The perfect example of this is Joey King’s ring. This stone setting can make the diamond look bigger, perfect for those looking for eye-catching stones within any budget. We especially love setting the stones with a double-prong setting. While one of the less common styles, we think itβll be on the rise next year. Of course, itβs not limited to ovals, try elongated cushions or emerald-cut stones too!
